Industrial energy monitoring demands hardware that is extremely precise yet robust enough to survive inside a noisy factory breaker panel. This project is not a prototype; it represents the complete lifecycle of a commercial hardware product, from schematic design to final shielding.

Designed in Altium Designer, the PCB features specialized Analog Front-Ends for high-precision interfacing with current transformers (CTs). Routing prioritizes signal integrity to shield the metrology chips against severe industrial electrical "noise." It incorporates an integrated RF stage for wireless transmission and an ultra-low-power architecture to minimize the meter's self-consumption.
