High-Resilience Multi-Protocol IoT Edge Engine

A powerful Node.js middleware that acts as a universal translator, interconnecting diverse industrial sensors and protocols to the cloud from a single local Linux gateway.

Tech Stack:

Node.js, Redis, MQTT, SQLite3, AWS IoT, HTTP/TCP

Most IoT deployments fail when confronting field reality: multiple incompatible hardware protocols (MQTT, TCP, HTTP) and intermittent internet. Complexity is the enemy of reliability; a local "brain" (Edge) is needed to keep industrial operations unified and alive against any eventuality.

Developed in Node.js, the engine uses Redis for ultra-high-speed cache handling and SQLite3 for persistent local storage. It bridges local device traffic (TCP/MQTT) to the cloud (AWS IoT), guaranteeing through intelligent queuing that no data packet is lost during network outages.

Benefits:

Total Local Autonomy:

Since the engine processes logic and stores information locally, industrial facilities continue operating at 100% even when the cloud goes down.

Failure Point Reduction:

Unifying all protocols into a single flow reduces technical complexity and smart infrastructure maintenance costs.

Internet outages or hardware incompatibilities shouldn't paralyze industrial operations. Secure telemetry capture with Edge systems that operate autonomously, uniting all machinery under a single secure flow to the cloud.
